A nice place to stay clean ,quiete and nice me and my Dog enjoyed the place specially the dog play area Bryan attention was excellent. I recommend the place to anyone who want to come to the Hollywood area and bring the love paw.
We had a great time at Richards Pet Friendly Hotel. The employees are all awesome and the rooms are clean and well kept. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. They've put a lot of effort into the outside landscaping. Our dogs also enjoyed the little dog friendly area. We will DEFINITELY be back and plan to stay a few days longer next time. Was there with my family, two little grandkids, they absolutely enjoyed the park and eating outside. I loved to. The only big problem, Eddie.. You are a sunshine... But tell your chief that the mattresses were terrible... One month without sleeping all the night... The price is good, but for it you could chanche once in 30 years the mattresses... That is my only and big complain... Loved you guys that work over there, you are not the problem... Tell Richard to buy bew matresses, there are very cheap in IKEA, and very good. I’m giving this rating solely because of Jennifer! I was so frustrated with all the other hotels I went to. She made it easy for me to find a place for me, my boyfriend, and my dog. She was upfront about the additional fees and deposit. Thank god. I was so stressed and now I’m finally laying in a bed. It all worked out. Cozy little room. A Fridge, a microwave, a closet, and a bathroom. I’m set. Thank you again Jennifer. Amazing customer service and great personality. Edit: wow I’m even more impressed! There’s a dog park with a grill and seating area.
Nicer than we expected. And Steve at the front desk (I think that was his name...British Gentleman) was great... he'll be missed if he moves. I just wish they had proper sized shower curtains and did not play music in the morning outside our door (we didn't really want to be awake yet)...other than that it was quiet. Our dog loved it.
